Pink Parfait Smoothie

Tastes yummy! Looks yummy!

½ banana
3 strawberries
1 cup apple juice
2 ice cubes
½ tsp. Spirulina Powder

Blend all ingredients except Spirulina.
Pour half into a clear glass. Blend Spirulina
into remaining liquid. Drizzle into center
of glass for a marbleized effect.

Quickie Smoothie

When you don’t have a blender, a salad dressing shaker works just fine.

1 cup papaya juice
½ tsp. Spirulina Powder
1 tsp. PhytopowerTM
8 drops HydraCel
®

Shake all ingredients in shaker for 30 seconds.

The Blue Dragon

Everyone, even the kids, will enjoy this one with its beautiful, deep color.

¾ cup blueberries
1 banana
1 cup watermelon juice
2 Tbsp. Plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. Grape Nuts® cereal
½ tsp. Spirulina Powder
1 Tbsp. Honey

Blend in a blender.

Spicy Veggie Smoothie: Tomato Tang

This is a zesty meal in a glass!

1 large ripe tomato
½ medium cucumber
1 carrot
½ avocado
1 tsp. Squeezed lemon juice
1 green scallion
¼ bermuda onion
1 clove garlic (optional)
¼ tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Lemon pepper spice
½ tsp. Spirulina Powder
1 tsp. PhytopowerTM®
2 cups pure water with HydraCel®
3 to 6 ice cubes

Combine ingredients in blender and puree smooth. Serve in a large glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Non-Dairy Smoothie

Rice milk beverage provides a hypoallergenic smoothie base for the lactose intolerant.

1 cup rice milk beverage (vanilla or carob)
½ banana
8 drops HydraCel®
1 heaping tsp. Spirulina Powder
1 level tsp. PhytopowerTM®

Blend the rice milk and banana for a few seconds; add HydraCel to the whirling mixture, then Spirulina and ExCELLerate. (For those with no allergies, a tablespoon of Formula One completes this meal in a glass.)

Fresh Fruit Smoothie

10 oz. papaya nectar
2 oz distilled water
1/3 to ½ c. fresh pineapple
1 banana
4-6 ice cubes (optional)
1-2 tsp. Spirulina Powder
1 tsp PhytopowerTM®
1
2 Vitamin E Clusters® capsules contents
2 Tbsp Royal Nutrition Formula

Blend until smooth.
