Spicy Veggie Smoothie: Tomato Tang This is a zesty meal in a glass! 1 large
ripe tomato Combine ingredients in blender and puree smooth. Serve in a large glass and garnish with a lemon twist. |

Non-Dairy Smoothie Rice
